"Fresh and Really Enjoyable Breakfast Stop"
I stopped in for breakfast and also grabbed a muffin to take home. The bakery case looked nice and clean, which I always appreciate, and the muffin tasted fresh and soft instead of dry like you get at some places. I also tried a cinnamon roll, and it was still delicious later at home. I do wish there had been a few more options out, but overall I left feeling really happy with the visit.

Stopped at Perkins mostly because it’s easy to get to. Close to my errands, parking was simple, so that was a plus. Food and service were fine, nothing wrong, nothing memorable. I’d go back if I’m nearby and need a quick sit-down meal.

I stopped in using my wheelchair and the staff were quick to help make space for me without making it awkward. The ramp was easy to use, and the bathroom was accessible and worked just fine. It might sound small, but I felt comfortable and included the whole time, that meant a lot to me.

I’ve been to a few locations, though I can’t remember if my last visit was last week or earlier this month. Either way, the food is usually consistent and tastes about the same everywhere. The service is the part that changes depending on which location you end up at.

The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the prices are getting hard to justify for such a basic meal. The portions were decent, but it still didn’t feel worth what we paid. I used to think Perkins was a reliable, affordable spot, but now it feels like the goalposts keep moving, same kind of diner food, just with higher prices every time. it’s starting to feel like any other overpriced diner.

I checked the hours on the Perkins website before heading over late after work, they were open just like it said. I’m glad I looked first because I really didn’t feel like wasting a drive. I’m only taking off one star because one location had slightly different holiday hours, but other than that, the info was accurate for me

"Easy parking and one less thing to worry about"
I stop by Perkins every now and then, the parking situation always makes me feel a little more relaxed before I even go inside. I’m the kind of person who likes to know I won’t be circling the lot or stressing about finding a spot, and so far there have always been spaces open close to the door, even when it looks busy.

That really matters when I’ve got my kids with me or I’m bringing my mom, because I don’t want anyone having to walk far or deal with extra hassle. The lot is easy to pull into and get out of too, which is reassuring. Simple thing, but it makes the whole visit better. 5 stars from me.

"Pretty good breakfast spot"
Stopped in for breakfast and, it was a good experience. The server was really friendly and checked on us a few times without overdoing it. The food did take a little longer than I was hoping, so I was a bit unsure at first, but she kept us updated and seemed genuine about it. The place was busy too, so I get it. Overall, I’d say it was a good visit, and I’d probably come back

"rewards are okay, but not always worth it"
i mostly use perkinsrestaurants.com for the rewards and coupons. every now and then there’s a discount that’s actually nice, but a lot of the offers feel kind of random or not that useful for me. earning points also feels a little slow. the site works fine overall, i just wish the rewards program was easier to understand and a bit more consistent.

"I ordered from Perkins thinking it would be..."
I ordered from Perkins thinking it would be easy comfort food, but it missed the mark. The eggs were cold, the hash browns tasted like they’d been sitting around, and the toast was so hard it felt like it had been left out way too long.
The pie was decent, so at least that was something, but the actual meal was a letdown. I also reached out about it and got a response that felt totally copy-pasted, which made it more frustrating. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I definitely wouldn’t order that same meal again
